From our construction record

1999 – 2002. Following the introduction of modern construction and management technologies, the company built 22 projects simultaneously, comprising apartments, offices, retail units and garages.

2001. Construction began on 18 new projects in the Lozenets, Ivan Vazov, City Centre, Iztok, Geo Milev and Pavlovo districts, while four further projects were handed over with a use permit.

2002. Six residential buildings were handed over with use permits in Lozenets, Geo Milev, Strelbishte, Beli Brezi, Mladost and Tsvetna Gradina St.

2005 – 2007. New projects in Mladost 1 and 2, Iztok, Strelbishte, Lozenets, Reduta, Studentski Grad, Motopista and Vitosha.

2007 onwards. Eleven buildings under simultaneous construction, among them the Zlaten Rog commercial, administrative and residential building; the White House, Gorski Kat and Bogatitsa residential buildings in Lozenets; Central on Udovo St.; Ritsarite in Iztok; a commercial and administrative centre opposite Interpred; buildings on Tvardishki Prohod St., in Motopista, on Popova Shapka St. 45-47, and Topolite in Vitosha.

The company was founded in 1991. It operates a quality management system certified to EN ISO 9001, covering investment, construction and sale of residential, administrative, commercial and industrial buildings, and the construction of infrastructure projects. Member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and entered in the Central Professional Register of Builders.
